Pickup Location: All pickups will take place at Detroit Sip (7420 W. McNichols Rd, Detroit, MI 48221) during business hours. You’ll receive a message when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping: Shipping is available for an additional charge upon request. Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise is stated. Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. Because every bracelet is handmade with intention, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Free Repairs: We proudly offer free repairs on all By KD Kreations jewelry. If your bracelet and/or anklet ever breaks, bring the damaged piece(s) to Detroit Sip during their open hours with your preferred contact information. Once it’s fixed, you’ll be notified to pickup from the same location.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are always welcome! After final design approval, please allow up to 3 business days for completion. No changes can be made once your custom bracelet and/or anklet is in production.

Payment Policy: Payment is due upfront to confirm your order. Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Chime, Credit & Debit are accepted. No orders will be made or held without payment.
